- Natural and human-made crises are inevitable in today’s world, and lack of preparedness leads to heavy material and psychological costs. COVID-19 was not only a biological problem but also a complex systemic issue with wide-ranging social consequences. This book highlights the major psychosocial impacts of the pandemic and post-pandemic period, presenting practical interventions based on scientific evidence and local conditions.
