The growth of aging populations, chronic and disabling diseases, and immobility have made the need for rehabilitation services increasingly evident. Neglecting this issue may soon challenge health systems in developing countries, including Iran. Recognizing this, the World Health Organization has introduced the Rehabilitation 2030 program, aiming to integrate rehabilitation into health systems by 2030. This book, translated and published by the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, presents the WHO’s Template for Rehabilitation Information Collection (TRIC), which accompanies the Systematic Assessment of Rehabilitation Situation (STARS). It provides structured guidance for collecting rehabilitation data across governance, financing, human resources, service delivery, assistive technology, and health information systems. The TRIC tool is intended to support national strategies, resource planning, and policy development to ensure equitable access to rehabilitation services.
