The relationship between metabolic problems and inadequate nutrition with many physical and psychological disorders is well established. This book aims to explain certain behavioral issues related to metabolic dysfunction and to improve the nutritional behaviors of patients who seek rehabilitation services due to psychological, behavioral, or learning difficulties. In many cases, providing rehabilitation services without considering the individual’s diet makes achieving desirable outcomes extremely slow or even impossible.
